Shipping, Delivery, Warranty & Return Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options and time frame are stated at checkout.
Our delivery time frames are from the date the order is collected by Australia Post, not from the time the order was placed. Our orders are posted once a day. All orders placed prior to 12:00 (AEST) are usually fulfilled on the same day. Once the order has left our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery time.
We are not responsible for delays, damage or loss of parcels due to customer-related redirects that are organised directly with Australia Post after the order leaves our warehouse. Please ensure the delivery address provided are correct. If your address is incorrect on your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately prior to receiving a shipping confirmation email to change the order address before your order is posted. If a change of delivery address is required after you have received a shipping confirmation email, please contact Australia Post with your order tracking number.
In the event of a failed delivery resulting in your package returning back to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, at your expense.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
RETURNS POLICY
Quitmed is committed to providing quality products to our customers. Please read our returns policy before making a purchase so that you are familiar with our policy on returns, refunds and exchanges.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
A 90-day warranty begins the day the products are delivered, providing the products are unused and factory sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Customer is responsible for all cost in shipping product back to Quitmed and Quitmed is responsible for all cost in shipping the product back to the customer. Shipping cost incurred is non-refundable/creditable. We may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS
All products are packed with care and we strive to ensure your order arrives safely. It is highly recommended that you inspect all items that we delivery to you as soon as you receive them. If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined. Please include your order number, a description of the condition of the incorrect, damaged or defective product and if possible, photographic evidence, when contacting us with regards to your order. Product is to be posted to us at 14C Milsom St, Coorparoo 4151 QLD, and we will send you a replacement product.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined. Please include your order number, a description of the condition of the incorrect, damaged or defective product and if possible, photographic evidence, when contacting us with regards to your order. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns of new, unused devices (closed pods only) and accessories in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery to 14C Milsom St, Coorparoo 4151 QLD . We may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges in liquids as they are scheduled medicines that are have already been dispensed.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have found product sold cheaper elsewhere.
